On day 3. So far I've been having the oil just in the am. Today I'm going to have it at lunchtime and before bed. Yesterday I had cravings at lunchtime. However after dinner I didn't eat any more. Not even a snack.
Lunch: peach, mini cucumber and small protein bar (120 cal)
Snack: WW candies 4
SW: half a glass.
Dinner: Goat Biryani, Flan Cup, half mini-brownie. apple.
PM: Eloo 2 tbl.
I ate from a tiny chinese dinner plate and I did not feel hungry at all. In fact I ate an apple as part of my dessert. That was totally healthy and new. No Cravings. none. I am looking forward to tomorrow.
Day 4: 05/18/2014 - Current Weight 171.5 lbs (.5 lbs loss)
I forgot to take the lunch time eloo. BIG mistake. I was super hungry at supper time. I ate a lot of food. I don't know what the scale will say. I went to my usual weightwatchers meeting and I had gained from my first week there. hmmmm. Tomorrow I will definitely eat lunch at 12:30 and then Take the oil at 2pm before the 3pm munchies.
Day 5: Cravings Gone!
Today was a total success, I didn't realize until 7pm that I hadn't snacked once. I didn't even think about snacking. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. I couldn't do my usual dessert eating tonight. I just looked at the tub of flan, and thought 'this stuff is pure processed crap' I put it down and didn't pick it up again.
Day 7: Cravings Gone and... appetite decreased.
Today was even better than yesterday. I couldn't finish my lunch, and I wasn't tempted on the way home to purchase any sort of takeaway fastfood crap. I am totally totally on top of the world today. It has been fantastic. I feel great.
