Here it is October and am still in the mid-190 range. Haven't been able to get back down to the 190-191-192 numbers. That said, all is good, have definitely learned not to be hard on myself when not eating well or dosing properly. Been through a l-o-o-o--o-n-g summer, foodwise. Stressors, vacation & such have kicked my eating habits backwards. So, yes, that means, am drinking soda, fast food, eating pastries & chocolate.... Now you understand why my weight is not down. Am slacking quite a bit. Why? My other numbers are great. HDLs, LDLs, Gluocose, everything is coming into normal ranges. Must be the exercise, the dancing & the cycling.
Am starting SLDing again today, before the progress gets whacked out. LUV being in a Size 14...That Size 22 is long gone.
Will start to read all the posts I've missed.
