Here it is October and am still in the mid-190 range.  Haven't been able to get back down to the 190-191-192 numbers.  That said,  all is good,  have definitely learned not to be hard on myself when not eating well or dosing properly.  Been through a l-o-o-o--o-n-g summer, foodwise.  Stressors, vacation & such have kicked my eating habits backwards.  So, yes, that means, am drinking soda, fast food, eating pastries & chocolate.... Now you understand why my weight is not down.  Am slacking quite a bit.  Why?  My other numbers are great.  HDLs, LDLs, Gluocose, everything is coming into normal ranges.  Must be the exercise, the dancing & the cycling. 

Am starting SLDing again today, before the progress gets whacked out.  LUV being in a Size 14...That Size 22 is long gone.

Will start to read all the posts I've missed.

Reached my original goal of 200 lbs from 235....Onto a 2nd goal of 185!

Ending 2013 @ 203.8......Yes, pretty near what I started this year at.... Lossed a few, gained a few...But it does look like a good weight level. Weight is stable right now.  Will move on forward into 2014 still down from my highest weight of 235.

Hey, staying right where you were, especially 30+ lbs down from your starting weight, is no small potatoes!  Good work! 

I'm basically at the same place I was in Jan as well, though I was down by about 15 lbs in the summer.  Oh, well, I'll get there again.  I know how, I have the tools, just have to use them...
