Yes, I did write I run half marathons before posting about the first one.
According to my training schedule (Jeff Galloway method) at the time I had to run at least 2 training half marathons before the real race. That way you get sure you are actually ready for the challenge.
So yeah, I already had ran a couple halfs before the real race. As a matter of fact this year I have ran 2 half marathons. One of practice and the real race this past Sunday. It was awesome!
And about AS, you are right as well. I did write AS was very strong just a few days after starting doing SLD because I didn't have anything to compare the feeling with.
That means I was hooked on crap food and feeling hungry all the time. Then I begun SLD and AS hit me hard. BUT a month after that, AS came to me in full force.
It's been almost 7 months since I stopped taking the oil and AS is still super strong. I guess it has to do that I quit processed crap a long time ago.
Anyway, hope that helps resolving the contradictions you found.

I didn't spend a lot of time reading your posts. These contradictions jumped out at me within 5 minutes of reading your posts. There may be more.
