1.) Practice portion control
One of the best ways to lose weight is to watch your portions.  Investing in a food scale will help you to control how much food you put into your body.
2.) Avoid bread
Going easy on the bread and foods with enriched white flour may help you avoid the bloat and shed a few pounds quickly.
3.) Learn to say No!
Not everyone will respect the fact that you are trying to lose weight.  It is best to prepare yourself to say no when necessary.  Donuts and pastries may be offered at work, and it is up to you to refuse.
4) Take the stairs at work
Don’‘t only avoid the elevator by taking the stairs at work, but travel up and down them several times during your lunch break.  Work up a sweat and get your heart rate up while the scale moves down.  Stairs are a great form of exercise.
5.) Eat in, not out
When you choose to eat out instead of at home, you lose control over portion sizes and food content.
6.) Loss Diet for Breakfast
Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do for your metabolism.
7.) Go extreme and exercise
If you have never done, you have to give it a try.  Exercise is one of the most effective e and useful tools in losing weight.

I really like the pasrty/donut part which happens at work. Really true!
