The best thing that has happened is that I no longer get SO hungry that I feel like I am starving and have to eat a cheeseburger right away or suffer a horrible death. Tha's what being hungry has felt like for the last three years. Now when I get hungry it feels a lot more normal and it never involves McDonalds. -- peazazz

A good challenge. I'd guess that you may struggle because the concept of organic is a little opposite to a refined oil product. I found organic mild but I'm not sure this is quite the same thing.

I don't know if you are new to SLD or not but you may understand that ELOO allows the principle without noseclipping as the oil refining process takes all of the taste away. If you prefer another oil then I'd noseclip it - this will take the taste away and give you more options. I've used organic Flaxseed Oil in the past.

Cheers
