Hi Seth,

In the book you refer to how many flavorless calories to take based on how much you want to lose, but in the forum many people are stating to take the amount based on starting weight.

Let say I only want to lose 10 pounds and I weigh 185 lbs.  If I go by your book I need 165 flavorless calories, but if I go by the forum I would need 400 calories.

Is the forum recommendation more current than the book?
