I don't see any explanation for Tuesday's 73.3kg. Monday's dinner was biggish,
but it was the only food on Monday and it wasn't too big. I wasn't expecting
the scale to change. If Thursday isn't below 73kg I'll have to skip food twice
this week.

Wednesday started at 73.4kg. I don't remember what I ate on Tuesday. Thursday
started at 73.7kg after a BIG lunch on Wednesday followed by a big
dinner. So Thursday is a "no food" day. Let's see how much of a recovery it
will muster.

Friday was out of control so Saturday started at 73.6kg. Sunday went down to
72.9kg and Monday 73.3kg.

Wednesday's food: small lunch
Thursday: 73.0kg
End of week goal: 72.5kg
AS isn't very good. I need quite an effort to limit food. Especially in the
evening. I noticed that drinking milk makes me feel full, so I drink a box of
milk (1 lt) when I'm hungry in the evening.

Really?  A litre of milk in the evening?  That, my friend, may be one of the biggest things holding you back.  Dairy is famous for slowing or stopping weight loss.  Think about it - milk was designed for GROWTH of infants of all mammalian species.

Could you maybe try having a small portion of some fatty meat for it's high satiation factor?  Or fruit?  Or an ounce or two of a deeply dark (meaning low sugar) chocolate?  Or a measured out ounce or two of unsalted nuts.  If you're not eating low carb, then maybe a bowl of cereal with just 125-175 mls milk (1/2-3/4 cup).  And calorie free beverage ad lib.

Check out some on the online resources about the Primal Diet, Intermittent Fasting, Bulletproof coffee.  There are lots of things you can try.

I only have the milk when I'm hungry in the evening and Ι started doing it
lately. I've tried all kinds of food in the evening (including hazelnuts and
dark chocolate) and I always have the same problem with food - I can't stop. A
small portion doesn't kill my appetite, it boosts it. Milk on the other hand
makes me full and it must have less calories than what I would eat otherwise,
because it's helping so far. Yesterday Ι had it late in the evening - just
before going to bed and today I'm 0.3kg less.
I don't mean to sound thankless and I will check the diets you mention, but I
think I'll keep the milk for as long as it works.
Thank you for the tips!

Thursday's food log:
Breakfast - a small piece of cheese, nose clipped (thanks for the idea
    Seth).
Lunch - a couple of slices of bread
Dinner - a soup with a slice of bread followed by a box of milk later in
    the evening
Fridays weight: 72.7kg makes the weeks goal appear within reach.

Friday's food:
breakfast: a small piece of cheese
lunch    : canned tuna (about 80g)
dinner wasn't as much under control - a soup with a slice of bread
followed by a piece of cake with caramel sauce, not excessive, but a bit
    over
Saturday is close to the weeks target - 72.7kg. If the food is under control
Sunday should see 72.5kg.

I finally read the book and realised that I've been doing it wrong - it costs
me too much effort to do SLD. The reports quoted in the book suggest that SLD
should be effortless. I followed one suggestion - to drink the oil an hour
after a meal and it works much better this way. Until now I was drinking it
before food, expecting the hunger to go away. It didn't. When Ι drink it after
food, I'm already full and the oil makes me stay full for much longer. So I
decided to each until I'm satisfied, drink the oil after that and see what
happens. So far it's going well. Since the beginning of the week I've stayed
at 72.7kg. I suspect I'm not loosing because my set point has been higher (I
was hungry all the time). I'm also drinking sugar water between meals when I
feel like it.

Friday: 73.2kg following a binge on Thursday. I wasn't really hungry but there
was a lot of food so a ate a lot. I don't think I'll keep the bloat for
long. AS is good, no cravings. SW during the day, ELOO after dinner to
discourage evening snacking.

Last week I ate too much. I had a good AS but ate out even though I wasn't
really hungry. The result is a gain of 1kg. It has started going down
already. I am doing SW at the office during the day, ELOO at home after dinner
and a nose-clipped smoothie before bed. I'm back to three meals a day and I
expect them to shrink in size due to AS at some point.
Weight on Tuesday: 73.5kg

Hang in there and just keep going and you should be losing again in no time. I just ate chocolate which is a major ditto food even though I know better so we all slip and slide through the journey to ideal weight. keep us updated as to how you are doing.

Thanks for stopping by, babyhopes! I'm still at it, I just don't weight daily
anymore - an attempt to reduce the pressure and to obsess less. I'm planning
to post 1-2 times a week.
