Sunday:   74.3kg
Today:    74.3kg

I had two dinners on Friday and Sunday. Sometimes when I start eating I just
can't stop. I don't want to go without any food for a day each week, but it
seems that it is easier to not eat at all than to stop once I've started.

73.5kg today despite yesterday's eating which was more than I intended. Of
course Ι did ride the bicycle to work yesterday. Today the weather's too bad
so I'm not riding. Will see how this will turn out tomorrow.

73.5kg despite a late dinner followed by chocolate and cake. I'm on the
bicycle today so if I manage to keep the dinner under control tomorrow should
see some progress.

74.1kg due to a solid lunch with plenty of Coke yesterday followed by sweets
in the evening. Even though I only had salad for dinner, I had quite a few
sweets again. Once we finish the holiday supplies I won't re-stock.

I re-started the tabata workouts this morning. AS wasn't so good from Friday
to Sunday.

I had a very good day yesterday - very easy on the food, no sweets. However
today the scale shows 74.6kg. I hope it's merely a water retention due to the
re-started workouts. They are responsible for a bit of a muscle burn
too. There's no biking today, I wonder what tomorrow will be like.

74.6kg still, but I had a good amount of pizza yesterday so I'm not
surprised. I'm getting tired of the slow approach though and I'm getting
closer to skipping food for a day.

Thursday: started 75.3kg, no food
Friday: started 74.2kg, I went a bit overboard with dinner, no sweets
Saturday: started 74.1kg, no food
Sunday: started 73.1kg, biggish lunch followed by chocolate, no dinner
All of which brings me to today's 72.9kg. I plan for a small lunch and dinner
today which I expect will maintain the current weight. The plan for the week
is to go easy on the dinners (the usual problem during the week) and skip food
on Saturday.

Tuesday: 72.7kg despite a diner that wasn't as small as planned, followed by
half a bar of chocolate on Monday.

Wednesday: 72.7kg after Tuesday's small lunch and extra small dinner (so small
in fact that I had to have a second one before I went to bed).

Thursday: 73.4kg. I don't get it. I ate a bit more on Wednesday, but nothing
close to a binge. I had a medium lunch and dinner with a bit of a snack before
bed. Certainly nothing that would justify a gain of 700gr. I'll increase my
ELOO dose to twice what I'm taking now. One shot in the morning and one in the
afternoon for a better AS at dinner time.

Friday: 73.4kg. Thursday's food was a medium lunch and a medium
dinner. Something is not okay with my stomach - I feel stuffed and I suspect
that the food is not being processed.

Friday's dinner turned into a binge. Saturday started at 73.7kg, no
food. Sunday 73.1kg, a lot of cake in the morning, followed by a bigger than
necessary lunch in the afternoon. A toasted slice of bread with some butter
for dinner. Monday 73.1kg. I have strong AS after Ι eat. I fill full
for hours, even if I haven't eaten much. The problem is that when I start
eating I don't feel full easily so I tend to eat more than I need to. The plan
for this week is dinners only, skip Saturday. I want to start next week at no
more than 72.5kg.
