For me, that feeling was my stomach objecting to the straight oil dose.  It would only take a cracker at the 1 hr mark to settle it down.

Great suggestion, thanks! I'll try it today.

Update: 72.5 kg this morning.

71.8 kg today despite eating quite well this week (including chocolate). This
is quite a drop after a week of no progress. I wonder if I'll sustain it over
the weekend.

71.7 kg today. The last few days were "junk food escape" so I was up
to 72.7 and then back. The weekend was OK. I expect to drop to 71 by
the end of next week.

This week won't see 71kg. I've been having less AS lately and I've stayed in
the area of 72kg. 72.3kg this morning. My first bottle of olive oil is almost
over.

Not much of a progress. I've been circling around 72kg (within 0.5kg) for a
while. Yesterday we ate out so today started at 72.8kg but I don't expect to
stay there for more than a couple of days. However it seems that 71 is a tough
target. Maybe I should increase the oil intake. I finished my first bottle
(1lt) already.

I saw on one of these forums to add xylitol to the water I use as a chaser to the oil, so I have tried that (1tsp to 1 liter of water).  It seems to have reduced my desire for sweets.  Something like that may be helpful for you.  (I am a total newbie, so take my advice with a grain of salt!)

Quick update: 72.0kg this morning. I have increased my daily oil to
5Tsp. Holidays are coming - let's see what damage they'll bring.

Thank you for the tip. It's the first time I hear about xylitol. I looked it
up and it's impressive, so I'll go buy some and see how it works. You say 1lt
of water. How long do you take to drink this litter? Do you extend the
no-calories window to 1hr after the xylitol water?

It takes me about 30 minutes or less to drink the liter of water with the tsp of xylitol.  And yes I do extend the window, so that my hour starts after I have finished drinking.

72.6 today. Not too bad considering that we had friends at home for the last
couple of days, so eating was more than usual, and sleeping - less. I'll be
switching to SW for the holidays, because olive oil will be inconvenient to
carry around, while SW is universally available.

Post-holidays update: 72.9kg. Not too bad. I couldn't keep up with SLD - SW
was too difficult to fit in my programme. Back to ELOO now.

The holidays gain is gone - 71.8kg this morning. I finally learnt that a table
spoon is not a table spoon, so I calculated the amount of ELOO I'm supposed to
take and it's much more than I used to take. With the correct amount the AS is
much stronger and I don't have any cravings any more.

I'm really out of ideas how to lose more weight. I have been within 0.5 of the
72kg for quite a while now. I eat small portions and not many sweets (actually
only once every few days I'll have something sweet). Now 72 is not a bad
weight for me, but I still think I can do a bit better. Right now it seems
that the oil I take is just enough to maintain 72kg. This amount is calculated
according to the pounds * 2.2 rule. Maybe I could increase it a bit and start
skipping the meal at the office though I'm concerned that this would be
overdoing it. Even now I have just a cracker with a glass of milk for
breakfast, a couple of crackers with an egg and some cheese for lunch and
something cooked for dinner. Yet it seems that that's all my body needs to
sustain 72kg despite exercising daily.

71.9kg this morning. Probably weekend eating was a bit more. I have seen as
low as 71kg last week. Hopefully I'll see it again and stay there. I have
started tabata workouts twice a week (thanks SQ,
http://boards.sethroberts.net/index.php?topic=8283.msg105970#msg105970). I
like them because they are lazy! 4 minutes per workout. Eventually the
duration and frequency will increase, but it's nothing compared to gym or
jogging.

I have reduced the amount of ELOO because I suspect it was adding too many
calories to my daily total. AS is good, but weight is sort of constant. I'm up
to 3 4-minute tabata sessions a week.
