Starting 74kg target 70kg

Hi all,
I'm a 34 year old male, 176 cm tall, 74 kg as of this winter. I've been
struggling to keep my weight under control for the last few years, but I'm not
happy with the results. I'm not a fan of diets - instead I do sports. For the
last 6 or so years I've been riding a bicycle to work - about 16km every
day. A few weeks ago I started jogging to work once a week. So far my best
achievement was 68kg (last summer) but then I fell from the bike and cracked a
bone. A month off the bike has sent me on a climb to where I'm now.
I read about numpty's SLD and was fairly impressed so I'm starting my own
diary here. I know my goal is humble but they say the last 10 pounds are the
hardest to lose so I'll see how it goes.

So my plan is to have 3Tsp of olive oil. I started yesterday evening with 2
and this morning I had 1. So it's 2 again tonight.
Nothing much to report yet - I don't feel any different. The scale this
morning was 73.7kg.

Weekend update!
As usual my problems are with the weekends. The result after the
weekend a gain of about 0.5kg.
I think I feel AS. No, maybe not. Well... maybe I do. You get the
point.
Saturday was OK food wise. In the evening however we watched TV and
had popcorn. Then I had my oil then it was too late and I was too
tired to brush teeth so I didn't.
Sunday morning - belated teeth brushing. Can't have my oil so I go to
church and... surprise they have brought home made chocolate chip
cookies. But I'm strong I don't eat any because I have to have my oil
when I get home and I don't want my wife to wait too long for lunch. I
take a few cookies for home. I get home and... surprise! The neighbour
has stopped by and brought a TURBO powered chocolate cake!!! I have my
oil around noon. 13:30 - I'm hungry and there's plenty of sweets
around. I eat a good deal. Later on we have dinner. Then we go for a
walk. On the way back we stop by at another neighbour. She has a
home made ice cream. And some chocolate. Later in the evening I have
cravings and I eat some white cheese, salami and bread.
So Monday morning starts with 74.1kg.
