I'm a 34 year old male, 176 cm tall, 74 kg as of this winter. I've been
struggling to keep my weight under control for the last few years, but I'm not
happy with the results. I'm not a fan of diets - instead I do sports. For the
last 6 or so years I've been riding a bicycle to work - about 16km every
day. A few weeks ago I started jogging to work once a week. So far my best
achievement was 68kg (last summer) but then I fell from the bike and cracked a
bone. A month off the bike has sent me on a climb to where I'm now.
I read about numpty's SLD and was fairly impressed so I'm starting my own
diary here. I know my goal is humble but they say the last 10 pounds are the
hardest to lose so I'll see how it goes.
