I've been aware of the diet and the techniques for quite some time and I've been wanting to try them, however it wasn't until I finally ordered the book off Amazon this week that I decided to give it a try. I'm only halfway through the day but I've already felt substantial AS. I completely skipped breakfast and for lunch I had a turkey sandwich. Normally I'll eat a sandwich, some chips, and a piece of fruit for lunch. Today I was full after half a sandwich and I can't even imagine eating anything right now. I feel completely disinterested in food. Really excited to see if these effects are sustainable in the long term.
