tip: add salt (sodium chloride) only 1/3rd of the time

another 1/3rd of the time, add potassium chloride (KCl). The taste is salty but somehow significantly different, much sharper (almost painful if you have a cut / (burn spot) / (irritated area) in your mouth or throat).
In Canada (Toronto at least) KCl is available as the product "no salt".
another 1/3rd of the time I go salt free.
