I started getting plagued by an acne outbreak about 5 weeks ago that would not go away. It started going away within the past few days. This morning it is almost gone.

It started after we began eating too often at a local Italian restaurant that makes great-tasting authentic food. Everything has white flour though. I'm not sure if that was it, but there were no other significant changes.

The decrease may be due to the walnut oil, or due to the bland diet, not sure.
