Wow, has it really been 3 months? In that time I've lost 30 pounds. What a great diet!
I still have a hard time eating sensibly without flavorless calories, and I've been going off of them on the weekends to attack my unhealthy eating tendencies and learn how to stop eating a little bit sooner. So far I'm only so-so at it.
I'm also taking a week off from ELOO and going to sugar water for a while. I find that changing my type of flavorless calories every few weeks helps keep the program fresh for me.
Been reading books about nutrition, as well. Thus far my favorites have been "Eat, Drink, Be Healthy", which Seth recommends in one of his interviews, and "Fantastic Voyage" (which really isn't a book about nutrition alone), which is a little out there, but still a fun ride.
