I'm fine, been holding steady around the 249 pounds mark for a few months. I'm resigned to the fact that winter time is going to be a bit of a struggle with the short days we have up here in Scotland. I think that is the pattern so as the days get longer I'm expecting to lose weight again.
I'd like to get below 240 pounds but with maintenance I'm ok - still taking my SLD calories each day and mostly weighing myself regularly too. Big protein shake in the morning, a light lunch and a light meal in the evening apart from ELOO.
Temperature round here is 1C (34F) so quite cool but spring should be just around the corner.
