Hi All, I'm 302.2 pounds today. Had a nice day yesterday, at the Gym first thing then a nice meal in the evening with my wife - I just chose carefully, skipped the intro and didn't eat all of the cream on the Tiramasu dessert. Other good news is that I did body measurements which I am intenting to measure monthly - compared to a month ago my waist(belly) has dropped 3 inches and my hips 2.5 inches.
Composition figures have shifted around a bit - .1% up on muscle mass, but will wait and see if this is just post-gym effect.
My optimism is rising for my next goal- 2 stones lost in weight - under 21 stones in weight.
