I've lost 85 lbs. and I have 25 lbs. to go and I just. Can't. Quite. Process that idea. I'm at a new job where no one knows that I used to be incredibly heavy and there's even a really cute fellow faculty member who seems to like me.  He smiles at me.  A lot.  It's nice.  Everything is so . . . fantastic.  -- Del

Peanut Oil has a bad omega 3 ratio, from my understanding.  While I think it would be perfectly fine to use to get SLD results, the health benefits of other oils cannot be ignored! :)

Peanut oil is usually pretty flavorful, too. People generally try to find a close-to-tasteless oil (hence the *extra light* olive oil, some people try canola...)

:D thanks, olive oil and canola oil doesn't agree much with me but Ive read allot about the refined walnut oil and found a store that has it, will try that.

It has very little flavor, but I can detect it. If you find that you can taste it, you might want to hold your nose, drink, then rinse your mouth before breathing through your nose. :)

hi Traceri,
I always found that sipping hot sugar water immediately after taking the oil settled my stomach. I'm not crazy about sugar water, but the hot really helps.
