News:

I'm on day 5. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS WORKS!!!! I told my sister about it and while she scoffed at first she's on Day 2 and as ecstatic as I am. My appetite is a fraction of what it used to be and I no longer have trouble drinking the oil (in fact, I look forward to it because I know what it's going to do for me).  I'm totally confident that I'm going to be able to lose the 20 lbs of baby weight.  I'm telling you, I could cry. -- Katy

so my husband sticky taped his nose yesterday morning and stated that his lunch wasnt good it really "stuffed" him up. I immediatley cracked up laughing and said Hun, you werent hungry, that was you being full!.
so today He taped his nose again (cant wear a nose clip doesnt fit his large manly nose.) and I got a text message at lunch.. The method works and he had a salad and felt good... YAY!! 

Oh what fun!  I will weigh myself at the gym tonight and add a post tomorrow. hoping for a change...

I have speedo noseclips that are bendy and adjustable.
I got them at a sporting goods store.

I just wanted to say thank you, JanM - your method of stirring oil through plain yoghurt works a treat. I've been off the oil since I had a tummy bug last week and just thinking about taking it my usual way has been enough to make me nauseous. Of course my eating has been all over the place without it. I thought about your method yesterday when I was at the supermarket and so I bought myself some plain yoghurt (low fat  :lol:) and this morning stirred my oil through some. It looked a bit strange but it went down so easily and when I removed my noseclips 15 minutes later, there was no taste at all. So, thank you for sharing!

And great that it's working for both you and your husband  8)

so glad the yogurt works for you too!  I got full fat. had to change brands yesterday and odd enough it tries to seperate again after a few seconds.   :D


Karky, I too have the speedo noseclips, guess my husband doesnt have an average nose. LOL  :D

Speedos come tight for swimming, but they have good metal strength.  They are meant to be bent out as needed.

Yeah! NOSE CLIPS, GUYS!! ... NOSE CLIIIIPS!!!  I think I will buy one for my husband any way and see if we can bend it out. worth a try!
thats the nose clip, not the speedos (also known as budgie smugglers over here.)  LOL  :D

The sad thing is that, I, at least, own two pairs of speedos...NOSE CLIPS myself, so I shouldn't associate it w/ the swimwear.

Budgie smugglers...now that's hilarious!!!

I used to have a pair of completely normal looking swimming trunks that were speedos.  I have no idea what happened to them, they were really really comfortable.  They probably wouldn't remotely fit me anymore.  YAY!

maybe this year I will get a pair of speedos for christmas.. just because I can... yeehaaa!
I just updated my ticker thingy as I weighed myself last night at the gym. I now way 94.7KG my body fat percentage is down to 45.9%.

Oh What a feeling!!

Lost half a kilo this week.

had two social functions last weekend, so am very grateful for the loss, mind you the eating is still fantastic but the booze involved was ALOT.
(which wont be happening again anytime soon.)

man that stuff just makes me sick for so long!!
