I'm an ex-paratrooper that's gained a little weight (21 lbs) in the ten years I've been out of the military.

I've tried South Beach, Atkins, etc. but felt that the lifestyle was difficult to sustain (eve if there was science behind it).

I'll keep you all posted on my progress.

So I'm curious to hear about how you follow SLD. Do you take oil? Or do
you use sugarwater? What's your goal? :)
