Hi everyone, so I've just had my first week on the diet and I absolutely noticed that I needed less food by about midweek...all very promising...
however, I had an important job interview on friday and so didn't take any oil because it's still making me feel pretty sick and I didn't want anything to jeopardise the day. I forgot to take it today as well! Will it still work if I continue to take oil say 6 days a week, what do people think???

I can't tell if I'm loosing weight yet, my intake is less, but when I add to it the calories from  the oil as well, it comes to about an average calorie...

Any help much appreciated, thank you.

if you skip a day it shouldn't matter too much
the effects of the oil are cumulative, but I wouldn't skip more than 1-2 days a week though.

I try for every day, but don't sweat it if I miss one once in a while.

I've found that for me it takes about two-and-a-half days for appetite suppression to wear off if I don't take oil, so occasionally forgetting is not going to do much damage.
