Hi everyone, so I've just had my first week on the diet and I absolutely noticed that I needed less food by about midweek...all very promising...
however, I had an important job interview on friday and so didn't take any oil because it's still making me feel pretty sick and I didn't want anything to jeopardise the day. I forgot to take it today as well! Will it still work if I continue to take oil say 6 days a week, what do people think???
I can't tell if I'm loosing weight yet, my intake is less, but when I add to it the calories from the oil as well, it comes to about an average calorie...
