Today i did not feel hungry at all. It was 2pm when I realized that I had not eaten anything all day. But I did not feel hungry. I knew I had to eat though, so I went to the vending machine and got a small packet of cheese-its. I couldnt even finish it...--babyphat

Divine tools for weight loss --mantra chanting for 15-20 mins a day
« on: July 18, 2010, 10:44:08 AM »

Mantra chanting:

I am following Dr.Pillai's (Siva Baba's) posts and blog nowadays and I came across this very interesting video on chanting mantras (phrases) to control appetite and weight loss.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-8ECbjJfXk

Chant "kanta koope kshut bipasha nivrutti"

I tried it out as follows. Day 1, I chanted the mantra for 1-2 hours in the morning, while reading the newspaper and doing some other routine work. After some time, I lost my appetite. I closed day 1 on less than 800 calories, which is a 30-40% decrease from my regular consumption. Day 2, I chanted for around half hour, and my AS continued, and I again ate much less than normal that day.

I look forward to other people's feedback on this. It is pretty effective, try it...its very simple, you just have to chant a phrase for some time daily.

Dr.Pillai is a Mind Control specialist, and he has a very interesting free program on twitter for developing super-normal powers. I have joined the program. I hope more people will benefit from the divine tools he teaches.
The free program is at:

Yayy!!! Steady at 57 Kgs now. Very Happy Very Happy

Haven't been this number in a long long long time!!
Smile)

I really recommend people try this, it is so easy!!
Just chant 20 mins everyday, whenever you can, say in the mornings during your routine, and see the magical appetite suppression that sets in! (It's a holy mantra, so dont chant in the loo). You don't have to chant it loud, u can chant mentally.

You can chant mentally while driving, doing housework etc...my experience is that if u chant the mantra even without concentrating on the throat for the full time, it still works beautifully.

It may take a day or 2 of chanting this mantra (around 20 mins each day) for appetite suppression to set in.

The way this mantra works is that its a spiritual tool to break ur addiction to food, so cravings disappear, and you get an opportunity to respond to just real hunger.

It's so incredibly easy...people DO try it!
