So today is my 3rd day doing SLD. My aim is to have one meal per day as I am desperate to lose weight. Being 150 lbs sucks. My clothes are tight and I look bad on pics. Sigh..
Okay here we go. Day 3 on SLD--Tue, April 20 2010
Breakfast: 1 small bowl of angel hair pasta with meat balls 300 cals 1 small slice brownies 100 cals 1 medium canape with mayo and smoked beef 300 cals (i know..)
1 Tbsp ELOO
Lunch : 1 glass of ensure (250 cals)
Snack : None
1 Tbsp ELOO
Dinner : None ..because my appetite's gone..I'm so nauseous now!
I think the SLD effect is kicking in. My appetite is gone now. Im nauseous. I can't believe this. I'm not thinking about food at all. I plan to sleep early tonight so I can wake up tomorrow morning feeling happy because I finished the day without a night treat.

Okay today I begin again with SLD after experiencing some personal problems causing depression. Luckily I don't gain much weight (only 2 lbs)
So here I am again.
