Hmm, its strange, but I'm wondering if the unusual botanicals (I think I saw artichoke and algae included in the list of ingredients) simply acts by being kind of disgusting smelling/tasting and just makes you too grossed out to eat food?

the sublingual stuff made me wonder... so I tought I'd place CO under my tongue and let it melt. I think it was a good idea!

well, this morning I weighed 62.5 kg, so I'm at my wits end. I just purchased a bottle of slim fast, and had one dose already. So you see how desperate I am, given that neither low fat nor low carb nor hight fat nothing worked for me...

Have you ever kept a food journal?  Sometimes it's easier to see what triggers appetite by writing it all down. 

If you check the label, you'll find slim fast isn't much better than junk food.  I bet there are cheesecakes out there with a better nutritional profile. 

Whenever you are desperate, go for food your grandparents would recognize, made with ingredients they would recognize.

Stress makes it harder to lose weight, so you need comfort food.

a diary is a pain but very useful really.  you will see how really or not you are keeping to your chosen 'diet'  have your tried lo-carb (30g or less per day) with high protein???

August this is not slim fast it's full fast - an AS spray.
It's kind of bitter in the beginning but the aftertaste is bearable.
Not much different than the taste of cough medicine.

As to a food diary, I dd that several times in the past and led me nowhere except the realization my calorie intake was higher than I supposed.

Nougat I tried low carb several times and my weight didn't budge a gram.
Been there done that, on this forum alone it 'll be my 4th anniversary soon.

This morning my weight was 61 kg. (!)

i meant lo-carb WITH HIGH PROTEIN.  i've read that if you don't have enough protein you don't lose....but then i've read a lot of things....

having said that and sounded holier than thou i've been eating lots of junk carbs....

I replied this but it never showed up (Lexapro crisis). So  :lol: I did write slim fast... in my rush to slim down  :lol:
well it's working.... i found out (serendipitously) that coffee taken in the half hour following full fast spraying feels like speeds!!! I'm only spraying 2, 3 times a day not 5, and what I eat in the evening is just "by duty" not hunger.
