Hello All, I have a few questions regarding Seth's comments on the benefits of: 1. Effect of morning faces on mood Perhaps I'm overanalysing but it essentially means to look at people's faces in the morning????How early in the morning? How many faces?? Why would this improve mood by that much??
2. Effect of fermented food on health How much, say, yogurt should one must eat a day? ALso miso soup and kimchi is high in fermentation which is good, however, the downside is the high sodium...High sodium=stomach cancer, correct? If so shouldn't we stay away from miso soup and kimchi, or intake should be in moderation.
Regards, Jeffy

Hi, it was really true that most of the people are looking at their faces first, every time they wake up. So, it is better if you will face your morning with a smile in your lips. Because a person you will first meet will be affecting your mood for the whole day. And in order to make other smile, let it be your first task to do. I drink kefir every morning than yogurt. It is because, kefir has several major strains of good bacteria that are not usually found in yogurt.
