Someone in the CF forum mentioned this blog and I checked it out. Since after the CF related article it went on about rosacea, I kept on reading. And I found interesting stuff on inflammation, anti-inflammation diets etc. There are mentions of low carb, fats - that omega 6 are inflammatory and only OO and butter should be consumed-  etc etc nice stuff - another one is on how popular remedies seem to cure diseases, even when they don't reach the target, but simply by disrupting the inflammatory biofilm that bad bacteria create inside the gut.

It's lengthy and the language is somewhat technical but if you have some down time and like to know about these matters, you could take a look. The author is a biomedical researcher (or so he says but he gives references so it shouldn't be difficult to check).

P.S. If nothing else just read the articles
and I have to take this advice serioulsy (low carb, no more than 50 g a meal (NOT A DAY)

that is how i've been eating. except no more than 30g of carbs PER DAY. (protein power)

i feel really good and strong.  minor injuries heal in record time
 oh and i'm losing weight!! :)
