Today, I had around 1/3rd glass of gooseberry concentrate (with flavourfree windows on both sides of consumption) and I am experiencing good AS!
I chose gooseberry concentrate because:
1. I have it at home
2. It is flavourful, and has zero/very low calories---so works as a CFF
3. Has no sugar (gooseberry is not sweet, and this has no added sugar either)
4. Is alkalizing (so good for health and suppresses appetite too)
I suppose any fruit/veg concentrate that is calorie free (is not sweet) should work...
Anyone else experimenting?
