Water Consumption Helps Weight Loss

An intriguing study: People who drink water 30 minutes before eating lose more weight than those who don't. Interesting to consider, for those of us who drink our oil (or sugar) with water, that the very act of drinking the water might also in itself be a catalyst for weight loss.

Interesting, but anyway we don't drink for SLD just 30 minutes before a meal, it has to be at least 1 hour.
I do end up drinking more water than usual when I'm using the sugar water method! :)
