Hey, figured that i needed to post my progress since i've been doing the diet and it's been so helpful. I've been trying to spread it to my friends that have been interested in losing weight, but they just get hesitant when i tell them about the oil. Anyway, I started out last december at 255lb and have gotten down to 229 as of yesterday. I'm eating less, having less cravings, but there's still the problem of fighting my mind telling me, it's noon, time to eat! or Im not hungry now, but I should just have lunch now. It's really annoying, but i've still gotta fight it. I've been trying to build my leg strength to begin running by walking at the highest setting on the treadmill at about 3mph and end up losing 1000 cal in an hour. I've gotta start running though to get my time good enough to start getting in shape enough to apply to the FBI or anywhere with a PT test. I'm hoping to get down to 200, or 180. I lost about 50lb eating mostly salads and cereal my first year of college while biking 12 miles a day in about 3 months of my freshman year of college, but haven't been able to with winter weather and all.
The lowest I got to was 215, but then I got a girlfriend, and I got lazy, and got the weight back up. Now that it's a manner of needing to lose the weight to get a job, it's an inspiration. I can't believe that the oil works so well, and I'm glad that I found it. I'll keep updating this, because it's nice to talk about some successes as opposed to the failures. Thanks to Seth and the Serendipity that helped him stumble upon this. Time to lose some weight.
