I find that Canadian Cities are all different.
Montreal, is very cosmopolitan and culturally very develop.
Quebec is very french and look a lot french
Toronto is very British I would say
Calgary is the Cowboys city and a very new city well developed
Vancouver is very special/weatherwise and the vegetation is beautiful
Alberta is beautiful for his Rockies  and very redneck. But I love rednecks to have been leaving among them for so many years.
Ottawa is the green city of Canada
.....and it goes on an on
I think that Canada is a very varied province where I can feel in a different country being in the same! :?

I have been to all cities you mentioned (in Calgary I lived for two years) and in other parts of Canada too, all of them have something unique to offer. Canada is huge, very varied, beautiful and special. I love it. :D

So, I finished my second month on SLD and these are my results. They are not as impressive as in some other cases, but I am very satisfied. I hope I will still drop my weight in the same rate at least for some time.

My weight after two months is 179.0, total loss 9.0 / 3.6 in Feb
Rate of loss per week so far 1.09 lb,
Average daily calorie eaten for last week 1494,
Presently I drink 3 tbsps. of flax seed oil (didn’t use swimmer’s nose clip, however, I have to buy one).
I have changed for the FSO, because of its nutritious value (a lot of omega 3) and because I use mainly olive oil for preparing my meals. The almost immediate benefit of this change is that I sleep better!
My goal for next month is to reduce other fats intake and to increase the amount of protein in my diet.
To facilitate counting calories and plan my meals I use FitDay program.

Weight after one month 182.6, total loss 5.4
Average daily calorie eaten in first month 1816
2  tbsps. of FLOO

Additional activities – elliptical trainer, 300cal 5 x a week

Good luck!
