Hi Vistula.  I too am trying to get into a weight loss mode/mood that works for me.  At least you didn't gain anything back.  Wish I could say the same. :(

Phebe, I don’t recall where do you live, but in Montreal, because of the winter, which is so far very forgiving, I don’t have opportunity to exercise outdoor. I hate winter in general and mainly stay at home and exercise on elliptical, but not regularly so, my weight barely stays on the same level.
As I said, I have to get into mood, which for me means discipline and focus, like last year. I’m preparing myself mentally for another shot of Shangri-La.  :lol:

Hi Vistula.  I'm in California, so I don't have a weather excuse to not exercise.  Most of the exercising I do happens in front of the TV, anyway.  Sounds like we are both in the same place, Shangri La-wise.  Good luck!

Pinkmug, are you using your digital scale, or the more sadistic BIA one?

Nougat, I bet it's not a trick.  I think it's your turn for a well-deserved whoosh.
