The annual diet review...
« on: December 29, 2008, 02:59:47 pm »

Every year, just before millions of resolutions are made (bent, and broken...), a review of the best diets is published in some form. I stumbled upon this whilst browsing this evening, and I thought I would share it here for comment and criticisms.

My comment: I think it's lovely that the nutrition aspect is becoming a more central theme of these weight loss and management programs, rather than (as noted in the article) the focus on "magic foods" and "silver bullets" as is so common. Anyone else have thoughts on these trends?
