Target sells these tiny, little 4 oz "spout bottles" for a dollar (pharmaceutical or cosmetics section). They are made by Apothecary Products, Part number 66082 ( http://www.apothecaryproducts.com/catalogue/product.asp?prodID=66082&CatID=16 ). Using this bottle, here's how to make your ELOO experience a lot easier: Using water instead of oil, measure the amount you want to take each day (ie: 3 tablespoons) and put it in the bottle. Since the bottle is clear, mark the water level with a permanent marker. Now practice squirting about a half or a third to the back of your throat. I say to use water because the first time I tried it (without practicing), I shot nearly all three tablespoons of oil right down my throat by mistake. Every morning, fill up your bottle with ELOO to your pre-marked line. Now you just need to finish it off by the time you go to bed. With this method, the oil goes down easy since it shoots right over the tongue; you don't have to measure anymore (no more slimy measuring spoons); and you can carry it to work and even "shoot it" while sitting at your desk. Wow, that's a great idea. I happen to have one of those exact bottles from Target at home right now, so I'm going to try this as soon as I get home. Thanks for sharing!

I went to a local Dollar Store and found a pack of three squeeze bottles for $1 -- you know, the kind that you put mustard and ketchup in.. I put the ELOO in one of the bottles and take it to work. I put in enough to last about a week. I use a small medicine cup that measures in tbsp and ml and just squeeze the oil into the little cup and snap the little cap back on the bottle. Works great.

Thanks for this idea!!!
Swallowing the oil isn't such a big deal for me - I can do it. But I've noticed lately that I get a feeling of dread before I have to, mostly because of the little that I do end up tasting.
I think this will rid me of that, plus, I won't have to schlep the bottle back and forth to work!

I've been using a variety of bottles, my favorites are small blue glass bottles from the shampoo section of Whole Foods, costs about $2. Holds about 2 tbs. Enough for out of the house.
For measuring, OXO makes a small 4 tbs measuring cup. You can read the measures from above, and it has a spout. I've had it for a while, should be available anywhere they sell the brand Oxo.
Finally, I bought a small plastic funnel that helps me pour it into the bottle after measuring. Just a final extra, that helps me keep the counters oil-free. I got this at the kitchen section of a big hardware chain.
