I haven't been around for quite sometimes.
I've been fast walking + running 5 - 6 km for 3 - 4 days a week and swimming 5 days a week @ 750 m.
I noseclip a glass of milk a day (It's like 100 kcal), and eat whenever I feel hungry.
My weight stayed at 54 - 56 kg, but my waist circumference has decreased by 3 inches since I reached my goal. I think it's because of the cardiovascular exercises.
I had diarrhea last week and lost 2 kg due to no appetite. I'm now 52 kg. I didn't noseclip for a week and haven't gained the weight back. So I guess I'll start SLD whenever I think I'm putting on some fat..

and before I start SLD... 64 kg
and now.. 52 kg
Mommy said I look too skinny.. It's time for muscle building, I suppose. LoL.
