I noticed that no one had posted an exercise playlist on this forum. A while back, before the SLD, when I exercised for a couple of weeks (before I got burned out and gave it up for a month or so until now), I created this playlist. I always use it in shuffle mode, to keep it "fresh." I think it does a pretty good job of keeping my HR up and pumped to complete the workout. I've copied and pasted the song title and artist name from iTunes, so forgive the formatting please.
