Thank you for posting these, Karky.

Even more than the weight loss, a sense of you comes through. Your skin glows, your balance is changed and you seem so well in your skin. These are truly inspirational. You have always been beautiful inside and out, and yet this sense of YOU just comes through so wonderfully in the second photo. We will be cheering you on the whole journey and take your amazing adventure as guidance for our own. Wishing you so much success in future times and a great big thank you for demonstrating your courage and commitment.

Best,

Akhdar

Always a pleasure to tell folks what to do....

....too bad my kids won't mind me.

Now that train of thought makes me actually laugh out loud.

Thanks for your kind words.

Hi, Karky.

Just to say that I have never printed anything from this site before but have just printed your photos to keep as inspiration for when I am too lazy to take my dose. I figure that I shall see them before I sleep with the intention of waking up for Alarm SLD and then take my oil in the morning. I think that the picture really may offer the stimulus my subconscious seems to need.

Thanks, again!

Akhdar

I wish that I could post my photo. I just don't seem to have the technological know-how to do so. Maybe I could meet with a more competent SLD person in the Bay Area and ask for help. I'm so behind the curve on this technology thing.

OMG: I just thought of something! It would be so much more inspirational if we posted morphing pictures of ourselves instead of this impersonal ticker thing!

TOM is my waist's greatest enemy   :x

But finally i think he's going to retire... last 2 times it was shorter and much less "fluent" than usual... I think this is "it"... after all I'll be 51 in July.

I wonder how I'll be doing... tradition tells me to be scared.... somehow I'm not  :D

I wish TOM would retire at my house, too.
He hangs around my waistline like a ball and chain.
And he likes to visit every 3 weeks, and when he does, I gain.
I started getting visits from him when I was 10, and the only time he missed is when I was pregnant.
That is just depressing.  Soon to be 30 years of TOM.

3 weeks.... whew... mine is 4 weeks but my PMS is half the cycle, two long weeks  :x

I started at 11, so  40 years  except for two pregnancies and some months after those.

Now that my daughter's getting it, I'm losing it!

By the way where's losing-it??? Long time no news!!  :?:
