Time to be in the forum now,

Jan 1st, 2008,

Hi everyone, I am off and running. I am 299lbs. I couldn't bear to see 300 on the scales so I decided to go on a diet again (like a lot of others I'm sure). I chose this one because of all the positive things people in this forum have been saying. You read other weight loss forums and a few people are losing weight but most are asking why it's not working for them. Not here. It seems like most people are actually losing weight.

I have been dinking fructose water for 4 days and I can't believe how "not hungry" I am, It's just crazy good. I really hope that it continues cause it's pretty much in the miracle department to date.

My biggest problem has always been that I love food, lots of food. Don't tell me to lose weight by exercising because brother I can do that! I can exercise my @#$% off but all I do is get hungrier and eat more food. Which has always made me have way to much in common with a SUMA wrestler. Anyway I am pumped because I began to workout again and I haven't been starving and grabbing brownies 5 minutes after I stop.

Starting weight 299 lbs. goal 185lbs.

Week 1, Sat 01/05/08 Wow. I lost 6.8 lbs.

week 2. Sat 01/12/09 I lost 4 more! total loss 10.8

Week 3. Sat 01/19/08  Weekly weight loss 2.8, total weight loss 13.6, weight 285.4, average weight loss weekly 4.3lbs
1 tbs fructose, 2 tbs Xylitol, 2 1000mg flaxseed oil capsules.
aerobic exercise 3 days, weight training 2 days.

Week 4. Company came to town, blew this week

Week 5. Sat 02/02/08  Weekly weight loss 3.0, total weight loss 17.0, weight 282.0, average weight loss weekly 3.4lbs
2tbs sugar-120 calories 2 tbs xylitol-80 calories in 1 qt water with 1 tbs of lemon juice at 2:45 daily.  2 v-gest tablets and 2 flaxseed oil geltabs at 1:45 daily. Aerobic exercise 3 days, weight training 2 days.


Week 6. Sat 02/09/08  Weekly weight loss 2.0, total weight loss 19.0, weight 280.0, average weight loss weekly 3.1lbs
2tbs sugar-120 calories 2 tbs xylitol-80 calories in 1 qt water with 1 tbs of lemon juice at 2:45 daily.  2 v-gest tablets and 2 flaxseed oil geltabs at 1:45 daily. Aerobic exercise only 1 day (oops), weight training 2 days...I'm startint to get into a nice routine now.

Week 7. Sat 02/16/08  Weekly weight loss 3.0, total weight loss 22.0, weight 277.0, average weight loss weekly 3.1lbs
5ts sugar-75 calories 5ts  xylitol-50 calories in 3/4 qt water with 1 tbs of lemon juice at 2:45 daily. 2 flaxseed oil geltabs
Aerobic exercise only 2 days, weight training 2 days.

Week 8. Sat 02/23/08  Weekly weight loss 3.0, total weight loss 25.0, weight 274.0, average weight loss weekly 3.125 lbs

I posted a new picture, I can't believe I've let myself go like that. It was sure fun getting there though!.. still, it's a little bit better than the left one, lol. What a week! I caught the flu, I couldn't move for three days, I moped around for 3 more. I didn't drink any SW or eat much of anything so I didn't need it anyway, I actually lost 5 lbs but I'm not counting 2 of them because I am sure they're from dehydration and will come back shortly. I was just miserable, sweating, chills the whole deal. I'm glad that's over!

Week 10, Sat 03/08/08  Weekly weight gain 2.0 total weight loss 26.0 weight 273. average weight loss weekly 2.6 lbs.
I took the week off and ate too much junk and gained 2 lbs.

Week 11. Sat 03/15/08  Weekly weight loss 5.0, total weight loss 31.0, weight 269.0, average weight loss weekly 2.81 lbs
5ts sugar-75 calories 5ts  xylitol-50 calories in 3/4 qt water with 1 tbs of lemon juice at 2:45 daily. I stopped taking the flaxseed oil
I didn't exercise this week (or last). I didn't eat much either.

2 weeks have gone by. I took the week before last off and I ate all that stuff I don't feel the need to eat on this diet. I was sick the week before that and just didn't feel like jumping right back on the band wagon. I got the usual results, a really nice full satisfied feeling for about 20 minutes, followed by a tired bloated feeling and a big loss of energy. Put me right into the couch potato mode again. After a week, I sucked it up and got back into my good routine and back on track. I feel much better since I did. Anyway, I lost 3 more lbs this week and lost the 2 extra I gained last week. I updated my original post with the details.

Wow Larry, that's pretty inspiring.  So you are pretty much doing this all on SW?
