No Weight Loss After A Month-But BP Lower

This hasn't worked for me at all as far as losing weight! However, my BP is much lower. I checked it a couple of days ago and both numbers were markedly lower. I checked again last night with the same result.

Hi there , I would try 2 tbsp of eloo first thing in the morning. No coffee, no cigs, just the oil and a glass of water. You can have your coffee in an hour if you drink coffee. Have your breakfast and have another shot of oil before and/or after lunch. This is the only way the oil cuts down my appetite. It has made a huge difference for me.
