Today i did not feel hungry at all. It was 2pm when I realized that I had not eaten anything all day. But I did not feel hungry. I knew I had to eat though, so I went to the vending machine and got a small packet of cheese-its. I couldnt even finish it...--babyphat

Thanks to both of you! I updated my ticker again today as weight is down 1.8 lbs from yesterday!!!! This is so amazing. Tomorrow I am gonna get some magnesium supplements. I have been feeling very tired and stressed lately I think this contributed to me wanting to eat more even though I wasn't hungry.  I have also started taking a multi-vitamin. Feeling real good about this weight loss PLAN. I do not consider it a diet as nothing is restricted.

Congrats on moving the ticker down!!  I definitely recommend the magnesium for stress; I take mag/calcium for my anxiety disorder and it works quite well.  Cheers!

Yay snookertn! Congratulations!

And shinju_chan - so good to hear mag/cal is helping with anxiety disorder. I've been taking extra magnesium (usually magnesium taurinate) for several years, particularly for deficiency related to heart condition. You know, I've not had any deep depression or anxiety over the past few years. Since taking SLD oil (usually ELOO) and fish oil or high Omega 3 gelcaps, I feel much more balanced, emotionally, stress-wise, etc.

Has been a while since I posted on my tracking page. Weight is still  going down even though I have not been sticking with the oil. If I feel like it I take it, if not then I don't. I think maybe since I learned to listen to my hunger and not to boredom that it is helping me to continue on a downward slide. Also there are days that I keep busy either doing housework or hobbies that I actually forget to eat until the afternoon. As long as the weight continues downward I will stick to how I am doing things. If it were to start back upwards then I would go back to a more stable regimen. 31+ lbs in 6 months is pretty good.

Good to hear from you Snookertrn, and so happy for you that the scales are still dropping.  It is a slow go after that first whoosh, but not gaining is something to be proud of.  You are so right on learning to listen to the body, that's a secret worth learning.  Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Good Job!  31 lbs is 31 lbs!!!  I'm hoping for 1 lb a week too (which is about where you are).  Keep up the good work!
