Best source for grapeseed oil?
« on: May 09, 2006, 05:36:40 PM »

Just curious.  I've tried stores and a little mail order.

Anyone have a "best" source?

Thanks.

(best being cheapest, and the lightest in flavor).

From my internet searching, looks like they might carry grapeseed oil at Whole Foods - don't know if you have one near you.

I've bought some at Krogers, and I've a Central Market nearby which should have it.  I was just looking for a better price ;)

Grapeseed oil has to be refrigerated. I get it at my local natural foods store. It is a light, pleasant oil--lighter than ELOO.

I didn't know that, I've just been keeping it in a dark cupboard like olive oil.

Thanks!

I bought 17 oz of Econature Grapeseed Oil (East Coast Oil from Utica) at Wegman's yesterday for about $2.50.

That is a great deal.  What is Wegman's?

Thanks!
