I've lost 85 lbs. and I have 25 lbs. to go and I just. Can't. Quite. Process that idea. I'm at a new job where no one knows that I used to be incredibly heavy and there's even a really cute fellow faculty member who seems to like me.  He smiles at me.  A lot.  It's nice.  Everything is so . . . fantastic.  -- Del

I finally ate for dinner and I was hungry and a little more, so this is what I did... At the end of my meal when I taught that I had enough food in a 500ml bottle I add Lemon juice + 2 tea spoon of sugar. I had two sip, waited and I stop being hungry. I didn't have any funny feeling in my head yet. Maybe the little sugar did a difference....

The effect is much milder for me now. I also added my flavor at the end of dinner, and with the benefit of calories, we can just keep sipping until we're full.  It took me a lot more than 2 sips.  Tomorrow I may add a little between earlier in the day again.

Talking Rat,

Now we will have to determine if the AS that the Lemon Water or else brings us will also bring down our Set-Point. That is a other question that I have. :)

Losing weight tell us that.  So far, so good.  I need a little more time to be sure, since I have such a bouncy pattern.  For the last 3 months, it's been bouncing up, and now it's bouncing down.

Good for you.

Talking Rat,

I am still making my Lemon Water with Sugar, it still does help me but it seems to make my brain less crazy... I have to drink more of it and I don't mind it as long as it gives me a good AS. The AS seems to be less impressive physically but I prefer it as the other AS is sometime too strong for me. With the sugar it is more smooth as a effect.  8)

Keep going with the Lemon Water MPQ

Do you have a specific diet MPQ that you are following?

MPQ,  It is ok to be jealous and envious of my weight lost. I understand how frustrating it might be for you...
