If I take the oil with my nose clipped, what do I do with the after taste the oil may leave in my mouth? Won't it reverse the effects of the oil?

a lot of us swish with a little sugar water or salt water --swallow the sugar water if you like, but spit the salt water! and follow up with more plain water--should do the trick--you want to eliminate every last bit of flavour--I also sort of hold my nose from the inside (if that makes any sense) and breathe thru my mouth for awhile just to be sure--
