I have been fortunate to  have the last two weeks off from work.  I have been able to try and test different things about when to take oil and the resultant AS.  Here is what I find ...

To get the best AS ...

1.  Don't take oil if you are hungry ... eat a little something and start the 1 hour clock

2.  Don't take oil if you feel full ... wait until you are not full but before you are hungry

3.  The longer you wait after eating, with out getting hungry, the more AS you get

Your mileage my vary.  Is anyone else able to comfirm the above?

Hi Mustfindaway,

I am taking SW because oil was not working too well for me, and I completely agree with your findings, SW is also useless if you are too hungry or if you are full.
After a good meal I can feel full for more than one hour, and if I had my SW just one hour after finishing to eat I didn't have too much AS afterwards, like you, I noticed that it was better to wait to feel "lighter", to wait until I fell that the food has left my stomach.
I hope this will help those who struggle to have some AS.

I can confirm #3.

I take my oil in the AM for breakfast, so I've never tried #1 the way you do it.
