Thanks! I'm 5'4", wish I were taller.   I  do smoothies and oil now, both noseclipped. I was doing the oil all in one dose (4T) but it was too much for my stomach and so I've been splitting it into two doses and I've had increased AS since then. Not sure if I'm just absorbing it better or if I'm actually getting more oil this way. (I use a shotglass to measure.)

I used to do oil and SW but in August I decided to go low-carb and no-sugar, not for weightloss, but because I think it's healthier. (I think the SW really helped the AS and weightloss, but I'm still doing okay.) I also try to walk for 20-40 min/day, but it's been so icy this week, I haven't been able to.

I was at a family reunion recently and so many people complimented me on looking so good! Part of it is the weightloss, but also the oil seems really good for my hair and skin. I used to get a bit of a breakout every month during my period, but now my skin stays clear.
