Hello, all. I've been on the plan about a week. I'm using oil at 2-3 T per day carried in a leakproof medicine bottle to work. My starting weight is *cringe* 283. I have noticed a definite lessening of my appetite, though it isn't earthshattering. I am more willing to leave food and more able to recognize when I'm getting full. My husband has noticed that I'm not grazing constantly and this is a big deal. I've noticed that I tend to make better food choices when the food noise in my head goes away and this plan seems to make that happen. My daughter bought me the book for Mother's Day so I'll be devouring it for all the tips I haven't found on the forum. I think this has a chance to work.
