After too many to keep track of diets, I am going to try this one. Heck, it's easy and inexpensive; my type of thing. I am a 31 year old single mother who seemed to easily pile on 10+ pounds after I finished school less than 6 months ago. Now this weight will not come off. I have tried other diets -- even pills and still no results. When I was younger, I was able to stop eating for a few days and all was done. After I hit 30 I feel like my weight has become a serious issue. I have back problems that I know is only aggravated by the extra weight.
I have come to terms with my weight. I now know I will never be a size 0 nor do I want to be. I just want to be healthy. I currently weigh 186 pounds. This is the heaviest I have been in two years. I recently had my BMI checked and it just didn't come back as overweight, which I was expecting. It came back OBESE. I can no longer blame this problem on being a mother. My child will be 11 years old soon. It is now my fault for my weight.
I am praying that the Shagri-La Diet is the answer. This is actually my last hope. I actually took the oil for the first time tonight. I took two tablespoons before bedtime. I am going to give this a month to really see if this works. Let's hope I will have a better feeling in a few days.
