haha, I know!!  but I've been doing the same every day - unless making sure I brush my teeth 3 times a day instead of 2...but I highly doubt it :P

well, no change since then so it's been a 2.2 pound drop since last week for a total loss of 13.86 pounds (0.99 pounds lost a week) down to 168.08

Yeh, Andrea, that is one of the reliefs I find about SLD -- it keeps the weight pretty stable for me and, in the long term, on a downward trend. I go up a few water/poop pounds - usually 1-2 lbs during a week's time. But the only time it pops up 5 lbs is due to edema/water retention, not to extra fat or food excess. YEAH for SLD!

that doesn't really happen with me :(  but, I do have a pattern to my weightloss, and I am expecting to lose steadily for the next 3-4 weeks

I haven't just dropped off the face of the planet - i've moved to Whitehorse to work for the summer and don't have internet at home yet.  I quit doing SLD for a while (not purposely) but I'm in the process of restarting it.  I'm hanging in around 165 pounds.

I'm baaaack -- and restarting, sad to say at a higher weight than before.  But this time I'm determined!!  I'm not going to sabotage myself, I'm doing tons of excercise (all fun, of course).  So -- here goes!
