No change - which is really good! I went to Vancouver for 2 days, pigged out on bad foods, and came back a little heavier, but I got it all gone :)

Yep, wish it could go faster and not up and down. I've been stuck at 175-176, now. Myself, I am watching to break into the 160's. Soon, soon.

I just made a graph of my weekly weighins, and I noticed a pattern.  I go down for three weeks, then up the next, down for three weeks then up the next.

I was hoping i would make it next week - at the rate I was losing at the beginning of the week, I would have, but I ate out and gained a bunch of weight (not actual weight but the "you ate too many bad carbs" weight) so, it'll be 2 weeks now :( lol

I wish eating out didn't have to cause such a stall - wouldn't that be nice?  But alas...  Glad to see it's already peeling off!!
