First time I ever did it I could not finish my bowl of oatmeal. Before SLD I had never, not ever, been able to not finish anything.

Well, I'm restarting this now, and I'm doing it with the zone diet balance.  Hopefully this will help.

I have gained some weight since I originally started this, but I expected as much what with eating unhealthy foods at disneyland ;)

Those clothes are going to start fitting nicer in record time, Andrea!  I have a skirt that I wore in August 2002 and I have not even been able to get it on over my hips. Well, I can get it on and zip it up and I could wear it if I had a notion to but it is still too tight in my hips but I tried it on last night and it is a wee bit looser than last week. It is hanging in my closet and it is my scale! I will wait another 2 weeks before I try it on again. I love having something besides a # to measure my progress by. It is so much more fun for me than not seeing a # going down on the scale. I love SLD so much!
Take care and enjoy your journey in SL.

I have lots of clothes (pants mostly) for during the weight going down, but I'll have to buy a bunch more once the weight comes off fully - thankfully there's a Value Village nearby and I go there every week :P

as for using just clothes as your scale, I could not do that lol!!  But i'm also not the type of person where the scale is the be all and end all of everything - there has to be a balance between weight going down and size going down (and it doesn't have to happen at the same time ;) )

I hit an all-time low today (177.32)  not much of a change since the 14th, but a change none-the-less
