Almost immediately, my appetite was roughly halved. I became stunningly detached from eating -- I still feel real hunger, but the compulsions lurking behind it -- that little voice that says, "seriously, McDonalds, NOW" -- are gone. No more guilty batches of cookies or brownies before bed. I mean, I still like cookies and brownies, but there's just no drive to seek them out. I don't really care about them. -- Daffodil-11

getting back on track with SLD
« on: December 14, 2008, 04:41:07 pm »

Hi
I'm new here. I will start tomorrow with the diet.
I'll have 1tbs light olive oil + teaspoon sugar in a cup of water, by 12 midday  and another 'shake' in the evening by 9pm or so.

(question: just put white refined sugar in it? Olive oil I trust because it is quite natural but sugar.. always considered it as poisson in a way)

I gained 9kgs in the last three months so I just want to have my 'natural' weight again, so from 55kg to 46.
This may look an unhealthy goal weight but i'm a very short person, which makes me look chubby quite fast if I gain a bit so.. you can imagine how I look now. Haha, no, I just want to get back on track with eating healthy, taking care of my body and wearing the clothes I love.

I will keep u posted. Sunshine for everyone and a nice beginning of the day.

Good luck!

and remember the two-hour window when taking your oil -- it's key!
